<p>Customers who are 'high-maintenance', calls frequently to complain, and always have outrageous, excessive demands, always threatens the company that they will cancel the service, always want to do things their way, and doesn't have the patience for the service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Are they worth keeping? Or just dump them?</p>
You know what they Customers are always right even if there is nuisance customer or consumer our job is listen to there concern personally i would advice without interupting them listen what they have to say. And then reply by being poliet acknowldge there concern and tell them we will difnatily take a notice of your compalain and again Apologise :)
