How you can best help your team succeed?

give them the chance to - work by them selves.
- have mistakes (under your control).
- improve them selves.
- recognize them to let them taste the success.

Through proper coaching, leading by example, and by always doing this: criticize in private, praise in public!

Be a good human to them, take personal interest in their lives and do not micro- manage.

By appreciating staff for doing good job, if the staff has performed excellent customer service share the examples with the team, Build rapport with the team, be approachable.to them, offer solutions, assist the staff who are weak after office hours,make them feel important and how valuable they are to the organisation.
