What do you mean by 'J 'point elevation,how can u differentiate it from ST elevation?

J point is where qrs meets the st wave. J point elevation begins from the end of qrs and makes a concave up wave while a st elevation makes a convex down wave. J point elevation or notching is usually insignificant and cause for no concern
