No matter how great your product is or how talented your staff is, one of the things that customers are most likely to remember is the direct interaction they have with your company. Customers today demand world-class service. They’ll reward companies that provide it by remaining loyal, and they’ll take their business elsewhere if service is mediocre.

  1. Invest in customer service training

  2. Seek and analyse customer feedback

  3. Have regular internal customer service sessions with cross sections of staff

  4. Build a team culture

  5. Review individual performance regularly

  6. Set measurable objectives around improved customer service

First, I think there is no such 100 percent customer flow unless you have a competitive advantge and that doesn't even last. Customer's mood and needs change all the time and you have to keep up with it. So let's start by saying Customer service, Customer service Customer service Customer ser............ Then customer satisfaction and I draw a big, no not a big, a huge line under Customer Satisfaction. The world has changed and the service or the product that was provided by few, maybe thousands or may be by a million provider, is now provided by Millions of providers, therefore competition is fierce and what will make you stand out from the crowd are thequality of your product, customer service, customer satisfaction and building a long term relationship with them. Even quality product means customer service and satisfaction because it's all ends up in the customer's hands. Therefore, an ongoing practice starting from having a dedicated team to analyze the currrent market, your customers needs and how do they react to the service you provide them, how they rate your product and how your employees interact with them ad the list goes on, is critical to your business success and a major turning point in the failure or success of gettting the customer flow you are targeting.
