Let’s stick to the basics, If Employees are not happy they are not productive. In today's business for companies everything is about the profit margins, no one is really interested to think about teams who work on these projects and workout best margins for company.

 

For me to raise the Moral: HR to play important role like:

 

Knowing what staff thinks.

 

Creating that environment where team can speak their Ideas.

 

Respect for every one irrespective of their their designation.

 

For company:

 

Communication: reaching till last person of the company.

 

Communication should be easier to understand at every level.

 

Transparency.

 

For Employees:

 

to be loyal to your company and work.

 

put100% in the role and make it happen.

 

Think outside the box and raise hand when you have idea (even if it is stupid)

To raise the moral of employees:

Do the following:

1: Give them your full support.

2: Raise the confidence level of workers.

3: Give them their basic needs.

4: Make for them best working environment.

5: Support them by money wise like increment salary, bonuses, overtime.

6: Guide them in difficulties.

7: Check the supervisor’s behavior towards employees.

8: Check the work problems for employees.

9: Keep flexible working times.

10: Provide best facilities to employee’s company accommodation.

11: Like letters of appreciation for employee previous performances.

12: Provide them leave for sickness and urgent work.

13: Provide all resources with safety for easy work progress.

14: Don’t keep hard and tough target which is impossible to achieve.

15: Keep good coordination among all.

16: Remember their names and better call them by good names.

17: Any pending annual leave must be released for worker with proper bonus.

18: Keep your trust and support throughout the project period.

19: Never speak behind them and never lose your temper.

20: Ask them their problems and solve as soon as possible.

21: Provide best transportation facility and all the safety items to each employee.

22: Never deduct many days if he is sick or disturb.

23: If free visit worker accommodation, especially Eid or their religious holidays and make some parties once or twice in a year.

24: Provide the employee salary on time with his overtime.

25: After specific tasks, periods, assignments write for salary increment of workers and give approval.

26: Never disgrace any one.

27: Don’t make any personal problem with any one.

28: Support them without caring his language, nationality, race, color and religion.

29: Keep equality and balance.

30: Do your best as you can do and leave the result on God because workers, employees can do their best but all good bad results are coming from God.

 

  At the end if company is supporting all the employees then:

Employees should do their best to raise the company outputs, progress and profit.

Employees should perform their jobs with full sincerity and honesty.

Employees must give full concentration to the assigned jobs.

 When good organizations get financial benefits the owner and management will give benefits to the employees too.
