this is all drama , all the company money are eaten by top management and we employes are getting nothing, top level management is fooling hq ,hr all this is all bullshit reality is somethi ng else , we are very far fro reality
This should never be practised as this will pave the way for more corruption within the company.A manager will have to be strict in dealing with this kind of situation.
thats wrong way of management a manager should keep the all equality if any employee doing illegal manners a manager should take action and lecture to employee that is wrong do well
The code of ethics at work should be observed at all times. Any slight or gross violation of the same is tantamount to felony. No favor whatsoever should be encouraged in a working setup since every individual has a role to play.
This is against the company code of ethics and as such the culprit must be reprimanded
