Law is that branch of human sciences which regulate the life of the entire society ,so according to the development which is happening on a daily basis , the law must follow these developments to achieve the main goal which is : REGULATION OF THE SOCIETY AND EQUITY

Originally , the laws established by the legistor when they are abstract and general and placed for all pepole without distnction in order to regulate all matters of civil life economic ,social ,commercail and punitive , personal and political.......etc.
But when legislator sees that there are some laws need to intervene to amend it or chang it according to changing condation or variables on the overall climate of the stat.....In this case , the legislator must intervense to change the laws and in accordance with the puplic interest of the stste and society.
