Why people leave their families?
It depends on situation or scenario that a person faced..as you invited me for answer when I talk about myself I prefer average salary in home country because I don't have family to support..I don't have any other brother or sister or any one else to support..My father is engineer and his salary is enough for my mother and for me...but there are lots of people who support their families that's why they leave their family for their betterment and for bright future..otherwise nobody wants to leave their families.
My preference is a good salary in UAE or UK. Coming from and individualistic society versus collective, leaving one's extended family is not perceived as a negative. It is often respected and will satisfy a desire to travel and experience different cultures as many expats must have in order to be successful out of their home country.
It depends on situation of the job condition and working environment.
a good salary in other country, main reason is my family i want to help them as much as i can, but if I will be given a chance to work with a good salary in my own country i will forever stay and serve my own country..

Salary brings happiness in a person life . Now we spend our time at work place with the same energy, hard work and sincerity but at one place we will get less money like home country and in the other place like outside country we will get more money so why we sit for less money when we are spending our same time, same energy same tension , better to go for high salary. Time is very important also a person health his energy and using his full capabilities are also valuable. If I sit in my home country for a small salary how I will fulfill all my dreams which I planned in my life? How I will live in a society where everything is expensive? many factors affecting a person life so if there is family problem then a person should go anywhere in the world to get a higher salary. When he feel that he earn enough money he can come to his homeland to start his own business and sit in his house with satisfactions otherwise our home country high rise expenses will be never fulfilled in small salaries and these small salaries force a honest man to do unfair things which leads a person to a sea of sins. May God help everyone in the period of difficulties to get happines and satisfiction.
