1) This will focus on Sales team members that they should notice Inventory rules which is more important for Company performance. Hence, they should use their skills to hold the customer for Sale. (after all sale is more important).2) Using all those skills customer is beyond the limit to hold his purchase then we must considered customer is first as well as sale is first.3) This must be noticed by Management/Sr.Management and they will request their sanctions (agree to issue sale or not )to Inventory Team members and Auditors.4) Without sanctions of Auditor and Inventory team members no one should issue the delivery or take the delivery.5)With proper sanctions and proper documentation issue the delivery or give the delivery in front of Auditors and Inventory team members.- Customer is first - Sale is first- B2B-& Inventory is important.
One should avoid this practice to get clear Inventory reports/ Company performance reports.
