Which part can we play as an applicant if we see selection process is not pure?

In my humble opinion Sara but how can we know if the selection process is pure. All the candidates know is that they are hired or not  and nothing more. They wont know who is applying to this job and what is his/her qualifications. Sometimes companies wont even reply to candidates if they are rejected.

 

In worst case scenario if i knew that something is fishy then i will not apply to a test if invited to. Other than that the company is free to hire any person with any qualification and in any rank.

Selection process is not pure means :   Your eligibility and candidature is not a matter of concern for the employer.

In case of private employment it would be better to withdraw.

otherwise if it is a part of your right as a matter of common justice, you can raise the issue in media and appropriate authorities, and seek a legal remedy to reinforce the  justice.

In case Government jobs :If you have proofs that shows the selected candidate was selected due to wrong/unfair methods then bring that issue in front of concern department head office management. They will see all the proofs if they find you are right they will cancel the previous selection and the position will be re-published in newspapers or job sites.

If the concern authorities’ not taking actions then you have to go the concern ministry office for complaint and show your proofs may be a honest officer will listen and take the necessary actions.

If you want to bring the issue in press then combine other candidates and make a press conference at local district press conference center to show the proofs of unmerited selection.

If you have money or combine candidate supporting each other than file a case in district bar courts to proceed for stay order till judiciary decides the selection was fair or not. They will call all the concern authorities to review the whole selection procedure. But you and others members have to pay the fee of process.

If you know any minister or his PA go for help and submit your application from the behalf of other candidates too. If he really wants to help he will deal with the concern ministry for justice.

If no one listen to you and no one support you or help you then you must show patience and pray from Allah to give you a better place where you get peace of mind.

In case of Private company : You can do nothing because they have their own rules and whatever they want they can do like selecting a wrong person is their own loss but if they want his own loss then who can stop them. Yes you can submit an application for review the selection or ask them to select you for another branch if they have vacancy and they are impress from your performance they will give you positive answer otherwise try for another company and pray for God help.

This is a painful for applicant. In this situation, applicant can notice to the top authority for private organization or Labor court. On the other hand, if government organization, applicant can claim Ministry of HR or Public Administration or media agency.

It is better to highlight the issue to the higher management if possible through reasonable way.

Thanks a lot for asking. Very difficult question indeed. How can a candidate judge the purity or soundness of selection process.

 

If any way I come to know about it, I will no more be a candidate for the position.

If I was on the edge of Advanced I do not have anything gutted this company is that employees want to be selected by the Anagasha and including

If the company is reputable real sets standards for the selection of staff and if they are not good and the bad sets standards that I will not be part of their staff and do not honor it 

 

 

But if you are the owner's decision and I am by the organization canceled all the results of interviews and relieved Committee appointed
