Business entities are not aimed to be stagnant so is the case with talent. As entities have to grow so is the talent which has to be developed by creating opportunities for learning and setting examples to follow. That's the role of the manager ( so called bosses) who have to manage and develop manpower and the other resources for the growing demand of the future to meet business growths.
