Every student has different level of understanding the subject, so you have to be flexible in the way that you reach to both levels of understanding.
In the world every one is a teacher but the real and original teacher is that one who can make understand his or her student in a good way.
i always talk in a good mood with my students and always persuade them to ask questions i and my student have a friendly environment also (not out of limits) which could be more useful for the confidence of my students.
That is the reason by the grace of ALLAH my students are happy with me.
As a teacher I believe in a flexibility which lead me to my goal but I can't show flexibility which turns me away from it.
