All companies aim at increasing sales and profit.To achieve that, they defined their own business processes which are usually subject to improvement. Sometimes they have to re-define theses process in order to work more efficiently. The preparation, consultation and implementation of the new defined processes cost money, but the ROI should be high enough to make it worth it.
The money factor is the key factor of business and redesigning or changing business process is not a joke or a simple thing, this is systematic process and only applied if it is extremely needed.
