I would feel comfortable knowing that the client knows that I have deep knowledge of the relationship and they won't want to bother risking starting a new relationship which could go sour.

1) Customer Confidence

2) Customer also dont want to do the same practice again ( Dont want to revise process )

3) Customer also looking your past performance

and relation during past contract also is more considerable elements
