Agreed with the statement
Management & leadership
both of them are( looking & working) to get the
right things in the right time by the right ways
The concept behind this quote is to state that Management is focusing more about the results to ensure that they are right regardless the process/strategies ..etc.In the other side Leadership is more about doing the right things by considering all factors of process.
I would agree to the extent that a Managerial Leadership is the art of doing the right things but ensuring that things are right !
To a great extent the statement is right.
Management id the brain. Leadership is the muscles.
Both management and leadership is of doing things right and doing the right things...
