Because there are almost no relation between these two major ,maybe except for computer which is used as a mean to design manufacturing processes, i dont think such thing is possible,sorry to disappoint you Dana .

You can get your master degree in specific part of manufacturing engineering like as Computer integrated manufacturing … or you can develop manufacturing programs.
In any case you need to take some pre-master Courses
