Many advertising companies regularly scout for talent at the entry level and there is a steady stream of fresh grads who enter agencies at the entry level particularly for the account executive roles and intern roles. Try to get a foothold at the entry level and them manoeuvre your way to the desired role by proving your abilities and getting visibility internally.
Some tips for that first job:-
1. Attend industry events (there is a rich calendar in the region)
2. Network energetically with peers within the industry and always ask for referrals
3. Create a keyword rich Bayt.com CV and a gripping public profile
4. Create a mini portfolio and share it generously
5. Ask for informational interviews at all the agencies
6. Talk to alumni from your university in the industry
7. Attend career fairs
8. Take part in creative competitions (plenty going on all year round)
9. Take on some freelance work to build contacts and portfolio
10. Be realistic with expectations visavis job requirements, salary, hours etc.
Good Luck!
start with an internship and make yourself noticed. Don't count time, don't focus on money, and build your portfolio. Seek advice of your senior management. A few internships can give yo a great boost and fill your address book as well with contacts in the industry that you actually know.

Great question! My answer would be the same to all fresh graduates regardless of the industry they are trying to enter. Create an excellent CV, apply to your Employer of Choice and get yourself noticed.
As an advertising graduate, creativity should be rampant! Get your creative juices flowing, be persuasive and work your way through to the concerned hiring manager. Ask for an internship. This will be mutually beneficial, it will not only help the manager assess your capabilities but also help you assess whether it will be the right career move for you.
