If your manager have no experience in sales or marketing give wrong orders affect sales will you follow orders or will not? how to deal with him ?

Respect,it is strong word that should be applied to everyone, I will not just make any decision without consulting/asking him, no matter what kind of manager he is, he still my boss and i should understand the circumstances that i am still under him, in case that it would happen, I would1st share my opinion in a good way that he will not feel anything but being happy and inspired of whatever I am sharing or advising to him, I believe that everything in this world can be negotiated as long as you have a good intention and always put yourself in others position in that way you will know how to manage talking to them.

always talk to people, try to talk trough the proposed order and discus points of view on it, the order will disappear or be changed.

But at the end  an order is an order...... , so deal with it in the best way possible.
