There is no such thing called4G LTE. Fourth generation (4G) is a set of requirements that any technology meets would be considered as a4G technology. Technically speaking, LTE does not meet the4G requirement and therefore it is considered as a3.9 technology. However, LTE-Advanced does indeed meet the4G requirements and therefore it is considered a4G technology.

The fourth generation of wireless network technology featuring greater bandwidth and faster speeds than previous wireless networks.LTE is a standard for wireless data communications technology and an evolution of the GSM/UMTS standards. The goal of LTE was to increase the capacity and speed of wireless data networks using new digital signal processing techniques and modulations that were developed around the turn of the millennium.
A further goal was the redesign and simplification of the network architecture to an IP-based system with significantly reduced transfer latency compared to the3G architecture.

it is a tech. to transfer data in fast download speed eventhogh upload speed , this tech. support MIMO to recived the data which less of noise and increase speed of tranfering data . To better know about LTE , start from this link , good luck .

LTE is the fourth generation wireless technology following up from GSM (2G) and WCDMA (3G). The theoretical capacity of LTE is in excess of100 Mbps but typically a user might get something like10 Mbps on the downlink. LTE is currently being deployed in the US and many other regions of the world. Pakistan just held an auction for3G and4G spectrum. A10 MHz4G chunk of the spectrum sold for more than $200 million. The total bid amount for3G/4G licenses was around $1.1 billion.
