Imagine that you have a balance :

- In the right side you put the knowledge, it represent tools you know but not yet used on ground,

- In the left side you integrate experience, it represent "the way to do" your tool and then the balance will slowly done.

Experience never equal to knowledge .the knowledge larger than and easiar to get and you can get very easy by asking or wachting or note it. And your time and age will not be gone.
