FIRST OF ALL , WE MUST UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OPINION & ARGUMENT ,,,,   HAVING SOME PARTICULAR OPINION ABOUT ANY MATTER OF LIFE IS ALWAYS GOOD BUT THINKING IT THE ONLY WAY OF LIFE IS BAD,,,, INSISTING OTHERS TO FOLLOW YOUR POINT OF VIEW IS ARGUMENT WHICH IS ALWAYS DAMAGING ............... GOOD DAY

Dear Mr. Adeel

Many of us do not voice our opinion at work due to the fear of reprisal. Some of them do share only with their peers or subordinates but do not dare to share with bosses, without knowing that it can in fact, increase the respect of oneself and to have an improved relationship with leaders. Your opinion might be of immense importance in the decision making process of the organisation if it is presented at the right place and time.

Opinion based on logic rather on emotions always encouraged at workplace. Problem is most of us make our emotions as most rational opinion.
