As the no of customers increase in abank the concept of brickless banking come into existance.

The question how more customrs can order check books and cards , withdraw and deposit money securely online has to answered by the bank management.

And it is here that customer service over the phone and chat support comes in.

If customers can be served at their homes over the phone so that they never have to visit the bank the bank would be able to serve a larger volume of customer base.
