Qualitative.

Quantitative is also correct but sometimes not always.  Qualitative is always important.

leadership is a skill. A leader should be able to showcase this skill in a qualitative and quantitative manner. 

Qualitative  means the quality of work delivered, satisfaction of customers, the level of trust his subordinates have in him, efficiency of communication etc.

These same parameters can be defined in a quantitative manner like the number of defects, attrition of team members, customer satisfaction score, frequency of emails and meetings held.
