Indemnity forms are a form of "insurance", a "waiver", designed to protect a company, an airline or even an individual. An example would be that if you parked in a company car park there would be a sign saying: "the company accepts no responsibility for any damage to your car whilst parked here"! When you sign a form agreeing to the rules and regulations of a particular agreement you are effectively signing an indemnity form.
