Yes, because ones psychological profile will help to show how a candidate will perform in not so normal conditions. It will show how a candidate will perform under stress, under temptation, under tight resources, under stiff competition and most of all it will show how the candidate will react or take changes as it happens.

Psychological testing is comprised of tests such as intelligence test such as the WAIS-IV (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Test-Fourth Edition).
