Oracle Financial Module and Microsoft Excel are good tolls for financial analysis. There are tools in Excel that help in running Monte Carlo simulation on the financial data. 

In spite of these tools, SPSS and E-Views are also good tools that can use Excel Sheet for various financial sheet and provide desired solution.
