A.   Planning, implementing,Clear vertical and horizontal communication paths, so that the flow of information would reap maximum benefits, especially if the nature of workforce require constant communication needs, and also help to minimize reporting errors, and cross references etc.

 

B. Strategize communication activities in a manner that creates and promote an organizational culture. Positive reinforcements would help to increase productivity, and focus towards goal, It could be a slow process but could benefit in longterm.

 

C.    Efficient use of Grapevine, to channelize the flow of information in accordance with the organization's vision, mission and primarily stressed on goals.
