how? Actually Brand personality is made up of two elements, what your company wants your customers to think/feel about your brand and what your customers actually think/feel about your brand. Brand personality is communicated over time using all elements of the marketing mix; product, price, promotion and place (distribution). You must communicate the desired personality though your product, it’s quality, use, packaging.
Coke - Happiness for All.. There brand is communicated very effectively to there Target Market.
Brand = Nike
"Just Do It" .. Well communicated it's personality and there are lot of other brands too.
The best example in front of all of us is :
Johnson & Johnson baby care products, there is very deep communication message which is untold or not filled by words, just a blank communication for the feelings of love between a mother and her kid.
What could be the best than this?
Green Chilli
KFC
They have well communicated their brand personality through out.

It's always by their Brand names followed by a unique unchanged slogan which would explain the richness of the brand
Through the consistency in the color of product/company logos. The logo itself, even if without the logotype, can communicate a thousand words and can be embedded in the minds of people. Consider, for example, the logo of Twitter - once you see that light blue bird, you will readily know what it stands for. Now, try to change the color of the bird, and you will no longer associate it with the social medium. That is the secret of maintaining a distinct personality of a brand.
