1) If the company is in a bad financial issue.

2) If you are asked to do something unethical or illegal.

3)If you are over qualified and there is no further carrier growth.

4) If you don't like the work, because you will never be a creative person. 

5) If you are undervalued.

6) If you are unpaid.

7) If you are not learning and growing.

8) If you are not given the resources to do your job well.
