2) If you are asked to do something unethical or illegal.
3)If you are over qualified and there is no further carrier growth.
4) If you don't like the work, because you will never be a creative person.
5) If you are undervalued.
6) If you are unpaid.
7) If you are not learning and growing.
8) If you are not given the resources to do your job well.
when you see there is no further carrier growth. you need to start search an another Job.
Till you work and contribution is recognized and rewarded, be with the same company. If its started un-noticed then you can start thinking.

I believe it is when you realize that your current employer doesn't satisfy your needs both growth wise and financial wise.
If the company is not in a position to paying the salaries or a company is sailing in bad financial situation with over run of debit balances.
