Why is it difficult for freshers to get job in Gulf? They are energetic and willing to learn.

But if everyone is putting up the experience condition everywhere then how can a graduate ever get a job?

experience and knowing of their field well

Fresh can find jobs in the big companies only as they have system of training the fresh grauate for6 months with small salary and after6 months they will decide

They should take more experience in their countries because they will deal with many nationalities in gulf region .

They need at least2years experience  beside they have to be familiar with Gulf culture

Home country? ? What home country? If you are a fresh graduate without any experience even they hardly entertain you. I have learn a qoute "industry is all about networking its not about hard working" for freshers I am talking.

They should be getting the chance because they have new ideas and some of them are very brilliant. However most employers are not willing to deal with freshmen, they are too busy to teach they need production.
