Dear Haytham, Values are the guiding principles for an organization's employees.
The organization sets values, which they would like their employees to imbibe, in their day to day operations.
Let me illustrate the importance with an example, an organizations's value is say, Innovation.
Now the organization has firm belief that it is through innovation that it will be able to meet its objectives.
Hence innovation is their core value.
The employees are expected to think innovatively and find new solutions for its customers in their day to day working.
To think out of the box is their guiding principle at work.
