This is where your homework comes into play and you need to really understand what the employer is looking for in terms of skills, strengths, values, track record, and cultural fit.
Use these questions to say why you believe you are uniquely qualified for the very specific role at hand.
Align your goals and interests with the employer’s and reiterate that you are confident you can not only meet the requirements of the role but really excel at it.
Show confidence, enthusiasm and energy without being arrogant.
Good luck!

I should get hired by your company because I don't put limits in my abilities.
My belief is anything is possible that's why I have ability to handle problems and pressure arising at work in a cool and confident way, problems both usual or unusual.
Work experience is the first requirement of the companies but this experience are just taken from the years of working while a person like me who doesnt limit self capacity (be it less or more experience) will be more effective.
I am a productive asset of the company.
I have a positive belief and creative thinking that can help for the improvement of organization.
The number of years I have as an experience plus counted my unlimited capacity and abilities as anything for me is possible is worth more than anything.

there's no specific answer for this question in my opinion , You Just Give Him as Much As You Can About Your Skills like , I'm Hard Worker Organized , I Added That Value To My Company Now , And That Was My Idea , So I Think When I Got A Better Idea It's Better To Be Yours , I'm Team player , I Can Handle Pressure , So I'm Very Suitable For Your Job As A Customer Service Supervisor , ---- The Other Half Of The Question Is Your Power Point No One Can Tell You , And I Prefer Not To Lie About it Because You Will Face Those Latter ;)

If someone was to hire you it can be due to many things.
First of all i would recommend that the person who's looking for a job and actively searching for the better opportunity has to have a motive added to searching for the job that he/she could acquire more skills and show/present their capabilities on, Mostly if he/she seems to be a hard worker, dedicated, on time, reliable, and also if X company can benefit from having you work for them you will be more likely to be hired! Remember also, the look of you can had a great impact on the hiring process, so also, to dress accordingly for the interview and present yourself in confidence and intelligence.
Because you're not the only person who is applying for a career, the others are applying for a job.
but what makes you different ? is the qualities they are looking for, easily adapt to different environment, flexible and willing to learn new things.and you may have experience for position advertised.
For example; I am hard working, honest polite and dedicated to my work duties.
The best way to respond is to give concrete example of why your skills and accomplishments make you the best candidate for the job.
Take a few moments to compare the job description with your abilities as well as mentioning what you have accomplished in the past.
Be positive.
Reiterate you interest in the company and the position.
I know I can excel at this position and what I don't already know, I will learn.
You could say: "I have researched your company and am a strong believer in your approach to [marketing/customer service/environment/community involvement/whatever] so I know I share your goals." "My experience at XYZ Company has given me the perfect background for this job." I have the potential and the capability for performing great things here.
I have a lot of experience.
I am a team player and a fast learner and able to contribute to this company.
I am highly motivated, and would be a great member of your team! You could say you have the qualities they are looking for, you can easily adapt to different environment, you're flexible and willing to learn new things.
You have experience for position advertised.
I am friendly, helpful, honest and I believe in myself and what it takes to be successful in this position.
I truly believe in this company.
I have excessive experience in this field.
I am more than qualified for the position.
I am a very friendly, outgoing and sales driven person.
Lastly, if you can't answer this question, you don't deserve the job.

I am passionate to the level where I complete objectives with quaity

This is a common question and can be a very powerful one.
You need to demonstrate all the below:- 1.
Passion for the role (talk about why and how much you want it) 2.
Relevance for the role (talk about precise skills and experience you have that are directly relevant and why you are perfectly suited to the role) 3.
Knowledge of the role (demonstrate you have done your homework and understand the industry, company and exact role requirements.) Remember the employer is giving you the opportunity to upstage ALL other great candidates with this question and there are probably many! (An average job posted on Bayt.com in a popular company and industry in Dubai for example can quickly command hundreds of applications).
You can prove yourself by showing you are the most passionate, skilled, experienced and knowledgeable person for the role and have taken the time to do your homework and focus on what is totally and immediately relevant! In short:- Be focused.
Be sincere.
Be passionate.
Be factual.
And be relevant.
