In what way do I present my experience in the CV?

You do not need to highlight everything from 32 years of your career. Keep it precise and crisp. Meticulously filter the best achievements and present them in such a way that tickles the curiosity in the recruiters- to know more about you and to get in touch with you. Keep it not more than 3 pages long. Nobody wants or likes to read long essays in the name of CV. What you can additionally do is attach a cover letter summarizing your 32 years broadly.
only you and someone who reads your CV can answer this question. If your question is
How could/should I express my 32 years experience in my CV?,I indeed can give a feedback on it. Awaiting your reply. Thanks
"First impression Last" this is the quote everybody should remember in applying for any job. This is also why we need to make our CV good looking and interesting to read. Any length of experience is not worth reading if it contains "stories" boring to read. We must be precise and direct to the point, check the grammar & spelling of the words you are using, put important data like inclusive dates of joining & exits, name of the previous companies and most important, the job role and functions you were doing. Hope this helps!
