At times, a strength can be a weakness and a weakness can turned be a strength. How do you define this?

When applying for a job your qalification can be an asset and a liablity if u are told you are over qualified.

Similerly if u are a workaholic you may get get quick promotions but your family life and health could suffer.

This is perhaps,the weakness of an expert.

The knowledge,skill and the capacity to stick on to a work may lead to an overburden on him with continuous accumulation of work beyond a certain limit. Here his strength turned to as his weakness when he not adequately compensated for it and the benefit of his work reaped by extraneous persons not directly involved in the work.

Tolerance and patience are considered as weakness for certain persons which does not evoke provocation under any circumstances on account of their imminent necessities to hold on, but in difficult times these may be their  strengths whereas others cannot withstand to such circumstances beyond a certain limit.
