if it possible to work
why not if he can?!
E- You call the higher management to discuss the possibility of hiring this candidate since he is brilliant and can be an asset.
If they can be a valuable asset for the firm/company then why not? Personally I do not care how the person looks as long as they stick to professional attire. But the candidates skills and abilities matter the most and their professional conduct and attitude.
I'd like to say: E
E
C
Every company should share the community's responsibility of helping the needy and people with. Special needs, there should be a law that forces each company to hire a certain percentage of the special needs.i have seen that in USA where we were employing minorities, people with special needs and women and these companies are proud to be called "equal opportunity employers"
i will support answer E.
Thank you for inviting me, I feel it all depends on the nature of work for which candidate's CV is reviewed, if it is for the job, where his credential may be useful for the org without effecting the work, I will first discuss with my management with all open options, try to convince them to evaluate the capability of the candidate at par with other candidates, means let him go thru all the screening process and on successful completion only, he may be considered for employment,
And if OK with the management I will initiate option C, because in my opinion it isn't fair to reject someone (during discussion with the management, seniors may not agree) after successfully clearing all the screening process and you are satisfied with his capabilities.
Seek all the possibilities for hiring that candidate with my own recommendations.
