As per my opinion satisfaction is the most important, if you are satisfied then you can deliver the best and you can get all the things, Bonus,PROMOTION etc

It depends on the employee. Rewards should not be mutually exclusive. In my opinion, for the majority of employees, a salary increase is the best reward. A smart company will not rely on a single reward system for its employees. Nor will it incentivate its employees with the same package of rewards. As the saying goes, "Different folks need different strokes."
