What is the role of Business Analyst in a Project?

<p><span>One of the most important part of Project Management is to document the Lesson Learned, this is very helpful for the future projects. While working on one of my project a very tough lesson I learned was “Not to blindly trust the resource working on the Project, even if the resource is a senior and highly experienced one”. Blindly trusting a resource can bring a disaster to a project. What other Lesson Learned can you share for the benefits of others.</span></p>

Business Analysis needs to be performed before starting the project to handle all of the business and benefit analysis for establishing the project, also we need to take in consideration all of the lessons learned from the previous projects.
