Staff will always be motivated if they are provided with better working conditions, well formulated communication channels where they can be communicated to and air their grievances and suggestions and listened to. Rewarding loyalty programs for staff will play a great role in their motivation too. Team building workshops and recreation activities and facilities make the staff feel that they are cared for by a company and that way they are motivated to deliver better.
