  • Ensure ordering, receiving, storing of restaurant raw products, supplies, materials, utensils, and small ware are implemented as per concept standards.
  • Control operational cost; food, packaging, labor…etc., for profit maximizing
  • Setting inventory as  per every shift ,specially while shift changing which assigned by shift super visor or assistant manager.
