What is the most important -as you think- real experiences or certificates?

From the employment point of view, a certificate will get you an interview, but the real life experience will push you up the ladder.
From the knowledge pint of view, certificate and real life experience go side by side defining you as a real professional.

A degree or a certificate are important because they are the door to a career, but life experience is the true producer.
When you are out in the field doing your job and you encounter a problem, the theories you have studied to get your degree won't be as much of a help as the actual practicing you have done through out your career life.
I know many at the top who got their through life experience and they do not have a degree.
I guess the years we spent earning a degree they spend by learning how to do their chosen job.

To be honest a lot of time, you'd hear from people who say that upon entering the working force they have learned in so little time so much more then what they have learned at university for one reason only, which is the fact that they got to apply all the things they were learning theoretically in real life, and so I think that's something that schools and universities should look into, how to make students gain actual experience in what they're learning while studying....
I think this will really help create more competent individuals in the society ....

الشهادات العلمية مرتبطة بخبرات علمية تساوي النجاح رغم ان هناك من يمتلك خبرات علمية بدون شهادات علمية وهو ناجح ولكن ارتباط الشهادة بالخبرة يفتح آفاق اوسع واكبر

Certificate is necessary to achieve a certain level in Interview but the real experience is always will be the hero.
Experience will guide the confidence inside you to achieve any interview.

Ok.let me tell u , Acertificate will be good, an expert one is better but a certified expert man is the best

Real Experience is much more Important than the certificates, Certificates is aloso important but it is the key for the job that the candidate had an valid experience. bla bla bla... but the experience shows our skill to the Employer, if you have a certificates but you can't work so the certificates are useless untill you are eligible to work..
