Age could be a barrier to employability in certain industries, especially those that require physical effort, for example.
But in general, age and experience should never stand between you and your employment prospects.
Setting an age and experience limit may deprive companies of a vital resource in terms of human capital and candidates of a vital balance in their lives.

I think it is attractive on a consultancy basis, but probably hard as a full time employee.
Even if you are still young at heart, it can be difficult to report to a 25 y/o CEO when you are 45 or 55.
However it must be very motivating!

On the one hand, experience and a certain age are indeed important factors to ensure quality and responsibility.
Age and a high level experience will always be needed; its a fact that is never gonna be changed in any business sector.
That is particularly the case for a new generation of companies.
But although this new generation of companies are - as the name suggests - growing in a modern time, there is a profound problem: In my opinion it is getting harder and harder for entry level career seekers like me to get into the business world; even in modern days of a new generation of companies.
That is because of an endless circle of internships, traineeships and cost reducing initiatives.
it is indeed sad and frustrating, since all the motivation and will to change things into positive results is just vanishing - at least you have to fight to keep your head up high.
All in all, I am convinced that a good balance between age/experience and young talented entry level career seekers is necessary in order to keep innovation and progress up in any field and sector.
