Corporate managers should not consider the audit findings as threats or prosecution. Rather, internal audit findings should be welcomed and followed up properly as they are a key source that result in the best interest of company. Proper staff should be allocated to carry on the recommendations and follow ups should be maintained in order to avoid any further divergence from standards.
