As an Hr manager would you give the chance for any of the following candidates to join the same company after leaving for the following reasons?

I would choose the person who left the company to continue his/her higher studies.as he is better qualified now  and the person who was required to make military service by the government for one year.As he is now served his country which means he is a loyal person,and well disciplined.

If I can, I would give a second chance to these four candidates after proper assessment.

1.Left the company to continue his/her higher studies.

Higher studies would definitely add more knowledge and value to the individual and this could be useful for the company.

2.Required to make military service by the government for one year.

Military service is again a good training period and this would in turn refine the person.

3.He was accused of theft but appeared to be innocent after a while.

If he is proved his innocence, he should be given a second chance.

 4.He/her faced a major depression because of death of his/her father and had to stay home.

Personal problems and emotional problems are a part of human life. If he can recover from this he should be given a second chance to rise in life.

Left the company to continue his/her higher studies. This could be considered in BPO induistry where u have to do night shifts continuously and it is very difficult to study. After u have passed out u are invited to join provided u did not have any other issues.

There is should always be a second chance and..1.Left company to join Higher or pursue education2.who was convicted for theft but later not found gulity..
