Assuming the contract is for5 years, i agree to the following:

 

Not allowed to work with a competitor for two years after leaving the company.

Your salary will be transferred to a bank that the company deals with and not your choice.

The company will choose the best period in the year to give you vacation.

 

Would like to negotiate the following:

-20,000 thousand dollars in case of breaking the contract.

-Company will rent for you the apartment that it finds suitable.

Company will deduct5 percent of your salary for covering costs of training.

 

Whatsoever the offer may be will never accept the following:

-Company can transfer you to any branch in the world.

-Not allowed to get married during the first  three years of employment.

 

In addition to the above need the CTC and health insurance details to accept the contract

I DON`T AGREE FOR THIS POINT WHICH MUST TO BE NEGOTIATED, TRAINING MUST BE PAID TOTALLY BY COMPANY EVEN IF IT WILL BE USEFUL FOR ME BUT ONE OF THE MAIN NEEDS FOR ANY COMPANY IS TRAINING WHICH MUST BE PAID BY COMPANY

ITS DEPEND ON THE TOTAL SALARY FOR YOU BUT WE KNOW THAT THE COMPANY GIVE YOU THE COURSES WHICH IT NEED IN ITS COSTS.

AGAINST THE LAW EVERYWHERE

Provided that they obtain consent. Or specify the minimum value of the apartment

Des  questions fréquemment inclues explicitement ou implicitement dans les clauses d'un contrat,cependant la plupart des conditions citées ne présentent pas un réel problème à l'exception de celle qui interdit la reprise du travail directement après fin du contrat et avec une entreprise concurrente,et d'un degré moins celle relative au congé qui ne pourrait pas convenir aux souhaits de l’intéressé.
