Sawatdee kap! Good day!

Yes, it would be brilliant to have all the staff take part. But it is best done:

1. after the core committee responsible exhausted all means to develop a curriculum and they have come up with something tangible which they can present for discussion and editing.

2. when there is no core committe responsible for this action, and that it is not part of someone's specific job. This way everybody takes part, they are all responsible for the paradigm, and there is no reason to pinpoint any mistake or flaw to a specific persom cause everybody shared and so there is general accountability.

3. when the company is not yet established or in full operation, and the leaders or managers or owners want to come up with the best plan for the company. A competition is healthy here, for interested groups, or all, to find and come up with the most workable plan that would bring growth. Remember that the general is not always the best leader, a spy is not always the best finder, and the privates sometime do more help or damage than the two combined.

Enjoy!

Certainly. The group of limited members in the board for preparation of curriculum doesn't bring the real sense of today requirement. Instead, the teachers from all faulty assemble for discussion, many more new suggestions shall be obtained which pave way to frame the best curriculum to the students.

Absolutely, consider the fact that the faculty is at the forefront of the implementation of curriculum content and the therefore the best witness to its effect on students. You also want to be able to get a good evaluation from those who implement the raw materials of curricula in order to adapt or tailor content where necessary
