First I will explain to college that it will be good for all of us, If we don't talk any thing bad about any one, as it will effect the work environment and effect the work quality in any project. and if he/she is still doing the same then I will try to bring the issue to superior for right solution.

  1. Approach the colleague with an open mind

  2. Consider what might be the reason before jumping to a conclusion

  3. Speak to the HR department

  4. Ask them not to involve me whatever the situation is between them and the supervisor

I will excuse myself and tell the colleague politely that I need time to understand the policies and atmosphere at my workplace. Only then I will be able to communicate with the supervisor.

Well, as I am new to the company I play more safer than usual. Whenever such situations arise, I will first find out the intentions of the employee, and will not support him/her if she/he wants to use me for a personal issue she/he has with the supervisor. I suggest her/him to have a one-o-one discussion and resolve the differences. I will also explain her/him that such an act to keep differences and try to show up that is not professional, and will not help the team or company.. If the issue is very critical, then I will escalate this to my supervisor..

First of All, will explain for the colleague's that , we are here in a work environment and all personal feelings should be kept beside or behind in your house. secondly I just start the work and didn't have the full picture to have my opinion and even though, I will certainly try to act in a professional way without any prejudice selfishness

It's important to remain professional and to not cross any boundaries that you would otherwise regret. Office politics can be very difficult to deal with; therefore, it's useful to stay out of chains of communication that could lead you to hot water.
