Unfortunately very few bosses/managers talk to their subordinates other than work. Managers play a role as a teacher for their subordinates, and they can influence others. A physically active, and fit team achieves more than a normal team. Do you agree? Please share your views.

Yes, for sure, I agree.
As Mr. VENKITARAMAN VRINDAVAN said: The physical fitness is equally important for mental and psychological development of the employees at the workplace. It helps to relax from work pressure and fatigue symptoms.
That have been said, work should not be delayed for the goal of physical fitness achievement.
It will be good initiative by the manager but due to hectic official routine its not possible. Rather company management can initiate such activity by,
- Conducting workshops
- Providing and encouraging support to get enroll with such clubs [Outdoor sport / Gym etc]
Many big organizations do have their own sports / fitness centres in their premises!
Yes bro ! but are there any managers who initiates this ?
PT, Yoga or other forms of recreation at workplace are Corporate initiatives and policies and are a part of the Organisational Culture. The managers should carry out the PT activities in line with the same.
Physical exercise is essential for individual to remain fit and agile. It is very personal to remain fit for the work. In no way some can force yet if you make them aware that they are ignoring it due do busy schedule then one should go for it.
Hello sir, Good day and welcome.
Many large organisations offer certain facilities in the premises itself for fitness and recreation. The physical fitness is equally important for mental and psychological development of the employees at the workplace.
In small organisations we can also advise our colleagues to undergo certain exercises. I used to practice Yoga and breath control in a small way, which help me to relax from work pressure, and I will also hint my colleagues and friends to practice yoga, walking etc, and many used to follow me.
This is a good suggestion and worth mentioning here for the benefit of our friends here. All the best wishes.
Although managers may have good intentions and seek for better health for the employees, but in my opinion it is a red line that should not be crossed. This do not apply only to physical fitness instead also to the clothing, the hair...All what manager should care about is having work done.
I would accept the idea of physical fitness if the company provides free entrance to a gym with all necessary expenses. Then why not.
Yes of course he should.
Of course at all. The fit manger make other works feel sporty.so that make him for them as Role models.
Yes, for sure
they should do it and it,s very useful
but i think most of them dose,t care
about the physical exercises at all
