Looking at the factsheets, I believe the "best" may depend on the current IT environment and its roadmap and the IT support model.
Each of the product may have differences in the way it approaches different platform support, alignment towards any specific IT standard of management, license management, support for mobility and more.
In addition to that, the other areas of concern that would play a role are:1. What are the current priorities for IT? (Budget control, better service, tracking of assets ...just to name a few)
2. Which software has what kind of focus (IT management focus means better reports, a product focused on efficient usage might be helpful if the operational headaches are high in current IT model)
3.What are the IT audit items that need be looked into?
As Mr. Jayaramachandran Rajendran said, the best application to manage the IT assets depends on the environment of the organization as well as the budget allowed.
Altiris is better than SCCM more flex cutom reports fast and stable, my company Cargill used to work with Altiris but now switched to SCCM for budget save
Is not what application is best or worst because at the end of day is just take10% of the cake which contain of processes, procedures, policy, people and the most important is organization maturity level.
Based on that you can choose your own tool because each organization is unique by itself.
However, as I am living in Saudi Arabia Remedy is widely used that means there is a lot of professional people that can mange this tool ,and this new aspect which is the environments, also can play role in your choice.
