Person based pay depends on knowledge, skills and ability to add value for the organization. It focus competitive salary according to KPI and KRA.

Job based pay depends on length of service and experience.

Person based salary is better than job based pay.

A job based pay focuses more on the service tenure , experience and seniority rather than the actual skill and efficiency of the person. However a person based pay focuses on the skill, knowledge and capability of the employee.

A person based pay will be more rewarding to the company. Using this rewarding system the company will then have the right set of people working for it in every position.
