Can measure the effectiveness of training through: Staff reaction to the training program and trainers.
 Learning information that has been obtained.
 Behavioral aspect: the change in the behavior of staff in the completion of the company's business.
 Results: effects of changes in the phenomenon in the enterprise, as a result of changes in the performance of the individual in the organization.
The level of performance: the change in the level of performance.
